"Update 9/11/2026 I saw Dr. Nickles this week and he updated the ear molds for hearing aids because I was having a small slipping issue. He was able to fit in between appointments and fixed the issue just a few minutes. Everyone at Palmetto Family Hearing Center is extremely professional, friendly and very helpful. Great people and practice. If you need a hear test and/or hearing aids check them out. Original review: I scheduled an appointment with Palmetto Family Hearing Center know ing I had hearing loss. Scheduling was super easy and an appointment available pretty quickly. I saw Dr. Adam Nickles who did a very detailed hearing evaluation. And no surprise to me, I need hearing aids. Dr. Nickles is very knowledgeable and was able to show me hearing aids that would be helpful for my hearing situation. We have ordered a pair of hearing aid which are available in 2 weeks. Palmetto is working with my insurance company to pay for a portion of my purchase. Everyone was extremely friendly, wanting to assist with my hearing situation and totally professional. If you require your hearing tested or need to purchase hearing aids, I would totally recommend Palmetto Family Hearing Center."
